We are bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and handle your personal information when you visit www.seanstickers.com.au (the “Site”), place an order, or otherwise interact with us.

By accessing the Site or providing personal information to us, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

 

1. What Personal Information We Collect

We collect information that is reasonably necessary for our functions and activities, including:

  • Order details – product specifications, quantity, artwork files, surface information, delivery instructions.
  • Payment information – cardholder name, payment method, transaction details (processed via secure third‑party payment gateways; we do not store full card numbers).

  • Marketing preferences – your opt‑in/opt‑out choices for newsletters or promotions.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information (e.g. health or biometric data).

2. How We Collect Information

  • Directly from you when you communicate with us, create an account, submit an enquiry, upload artwork or place an order.

We collect, hold, use and disclose personal information for the following purposes:

  3. To communicate with you about your order status, proofs, delivery and after‑sales support.

Some circumstances may prevent us from providing access; if so, we will explain the reasons in writing.

If you opt in to receive promotional emails, we may send you information about specials or new products. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email or by contacting us. We do not send unsolicited commercial electronic messages.

10. Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy or to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Artwork files are normally deleted 18 months after fulfilment unless you request earlier deletion.

If you have a privacy complaint, please contact our Privacy Officer (details below). Include a full description of your concern. We will investigate and respond in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may escalate your complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes indicates acceptance of the amended Policy.
