Sean Stickers – Terms of Service Last updated: 20 April 2025

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. By accessing or using the Sean Stickers website (the “Site”) or placing an order with SeanStickers.com.au (Ozmedia Australia pty ltd) ABN [96637132800] (“Sean Stickers”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms apply to all customers, including students, businesses and households, who purchase custom‑printed stickers delivered within Australia.

Nothing in these Terms restricts, excludes or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

1. Definitions

“Customer”, “you”, “your” means any individual or entity that orders Products from Sean Stickers.
“Products” means custom stickers produced by Sean Stickers using UV direct‑printing technology.
“Hard‑surface material” means our durable, high‑tack vinyl engineered for glass, metal, plastic and other rigid substrates.
“Soft‑surface material” means our repositionable adhesive stock suited to paper and similar porous substrates.

2. Orders & Artwork

2.1 Placing an Order – Orders are placed via the Site or by email. You must provide finished sticker dimensions, quantity and (optionally) the surface to which the sticker will be applied. Unless you request the soft‑surface material, we will default to the hard‑surface material.
2.2 Artwork Requirements – For best results, supply artwork as a PNG with a transparent background at minimum 300 dpi. PDF and JPG files are also accepted.
2.3 Proof Approval – We will email you a digital proof. Production commences only after you have approved the proof in writing and full payment has cleared.
2.4 Colour Variation – Colours viewed on a screen may differ from printed colours. Minor variation is industry‑standard and not a defect.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated.
3.2 We accept the payment methods displayed on the Site. Your order is not binding until payment is received in full.
3.3 Free Shipping – Standard shipping via Australia Post (or equivalent) is free for orders of AUD 35 or more within Australia. Orders below this amount attract the flat‑rate charge shown at checkout.

4. Production & Turn‑around

4.1 Our advanced UV direct‑printing process delivers high‑resolution, durable prints.
4.2 Standard production time is 2–3 weeks from proof approval and payment. Lead times are estimates; delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g. courier disruptions, material shortages) do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you supply.
5.2 We ship Australia‑wide only. If your location is remote or on‑forwarding is required, additional transit time may apply.
5.3 You are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is correct and that someone is available to accept the parcel or that safe‑drop conditions are met.

6. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees

6.1 If a Product fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
6.2 To make a claim, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will, at our option, arrange return postage or ask you to dispose of the defective goods.
6.3 Custom‑printed Products cannot be returned for change of mind once production has commenced, except as required by law.

6.4 Large‑Format Installation Errors – If a large‑format sticker is damaged or fails to adhere properly due to the Customer’s installation error, you may email clear photographs of the affected sticker within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we will supply one replacement sticker of the same design and dimensions at 50 % of the original unit price (plus any applicable shipping).

7. Intellectual Property & Artwork Warranty

7.1 You warrant that you own, or have permission to use, all intellectual property contained in the artwork you provide and that the artwork does not infringe the rights of any third party or contain unlawful content.
7.2 You grant Sean Stickers a non‑exclusive licence to reproduce, modify and store the artwork solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
7.3 You indemnify us against any claim arising from our use of artwork supplied by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except for liability that cannot be limited by law, our total liability for loss or damage you suffer is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, arising out of or in connection with the Products or these Terms.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site. Changes apply to orders placed after the date of posting.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. The parties submit to the non‑exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
